Where does this store ship from?

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Only handmade accessories are able to be returned if they are damaged. The buyer will pay the shipping costs to be returned. If they wish to receive another, they will also have to pay the shipping fees for that order too (although the item is free). Items that have been lost in the mail or stolen cannot be accounted for unless the customer pays for insurance.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Out of AUS, yes.

For custom made wigs, $16 for one item and $4 for each additional item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Why do you only make two tone wigs?

There are a number of reasons. Firstly, many other places are able to make single colour wigs cheaper and way more efficient than I can. Making these wigs will result in little or negative profit.

I can however, purchase a ready made wig and customise it for you (cut it etc).

Another reason is that the supplies I buy have the tracks already attached to the material that is the wig cap.

Do you just make straight middle split wigs?

No, they can be curly, long, short, wavy, fluffy.

Can I custom order a set of colours for wigs?

Yes, you sure can. If I don't already have the specific colours in stock I can order them in and make a custom combination for you.
Naturally, this will take a few weeks to complete because the supplies have to arrive, then I make it, then I ship it. As long as you're up for a bit of wait~!
